Our LUCKY night at the Mandarin in Bountiful

What a great day it was...I'm going to be a grandma!
Courtney and Darin invited us up to see his new Jimmy Johns on 4th south. So Courtney planned dinner for Darin's family and us at the Mandarin in Bountiful. At the end of Dinner they brought out Fortune Cookies that said...Darin and Courtney are having a baby. I screamed...Doug didn't take one and Missy's cookie didn't have a fortune in it. Michelle giggled and laughed and Rod and everyone else didn't know what to do. It was a great Night....Thanks Darin and Courtney we are all so excited to start shopping for someone else. And of course spoil them rotten....

Cousins...

Sorry it's been so long since I Blogged...
thought I would let you all know that I have the best time when I'm with my cousins...We don't see each other very often but when we do we can chat up a storm...gossip like no others... and talk about our screwed up family..Can I just say I think they are all gorgeous...Wouldn't you agree? Thanks cousins for a great lunch and reconnecting.

Grandma's Funeral

What a great Family I have...
Everyone took part at Grandma's funeral. Doug, Courtney, and Missy talked and Maggie sang.
They all did a great job and we took some family and cousins photos. It was a very sad time but we were able to reconnect with some old friends and cousins and it is nice to be able to connect.
Thanks to everyone who showed us support and such a hard time. But we are glad to have Grandpa living with us!

Crystal Earlene Andrews Glendenning

Dear Crystal,
Thank you for raising the perfect Husband, best friend and dad a person could ask for. YOu certainly did something right there! Thanks for getting me hooked to Day of our Lives while living in Kansas.Thank you for always wanting to talk.(About anything and everything.) Thank you for making me feel so welcome in your family. Thank you for showing me that you can love unconditionally. Thanks for always supporting me and my family in everything that we did. Thank you for being kind to my girlfriends and when they would call you would always chat up a storm with them. Thank you for always making my kids the best French toast they had ever eaten. Thank you for being the best mother-in-law that I could ask for. Thanks for always being so willing to babysit my kids no matter what time of day. Thanks for giving Doug good genes so that we could have beautiful children. Thanks for saying weird words that we could get a big chuckle out every time you said it.
I love you and will miss all the good times we had teasing you, hanging with you and just being able to always know that you loved me too. Remember that I Love your Son more than anything in the World!
Families can be together forever so I'm banking on you Big Time!
Love ya...

Domestic goddess! (NOT)

This last week I went to Wichita because my mother-in-law had fallen sick...Well little did I know that I was going to become a cleaner! I can't believe that Their house could be such a pig sty! For several days I was cleaning and throwing sh*t away...Hopefully I won't be in trouble when she gets better! I hope that I never have to do that again...But I did learn that it pays to clean as you go!
